Use a route principle, not a fixed order
The official description presents an open world built around leads, side stories, shortcuts into the Tower and quests with multiple resolutions. That structure supports a route based on the information your character has, not a universal numbered list.
Start with active objectives that name a broad area or a recognizable lead. Complete or pause them according to the choices available in your own save, then reassess the journal.
Leave room for different resolutions
Most quests are officially said to support multiple resolutions, including approaches framed around mercy, violence, compromise and deceit. A walkthrough should explain a verified decision point without calling one branch mandatory.
Keep a recoverable save before a meaningful choice when the game permits it. That protects against mistakes and lets you distinguish a deliberate consequence from a quest-state problem.
Diagnose a stalled step
First compare the current objective text with the build version. Several official updates changed quest directions, requirements, NPC persistence, object placement and map guidance, so an older route may no longer describe the current state.
If the problem persists on Update 8 plus Hotfix 10, record the quest name, exact objective, recent choice, save age and host or non-host status. Those details make an issue report more useful without turning one save-specific symptom into a universal rule.
Limits of the current route
The registered evidence does not support a complete start-to-finish objective list, reward catalog, ending route or mandatory order. Individual quest pages therefore focus on the facts and diagnostics that can be sourced now.
